ABOUT THIS NAC FLIGHT

The Cape Point Scenic Flight, or Tour as we like to call it, is a visual feast that takes you around the Cape Peninsula from the V&A Waterfront to Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles mountain range, before flying towards Clifton and Camps Bay, over Hout Bay and Noordhoek, and around Cape Point.

ROUTE IS WEATHER-DEPENDENT AND AT THE PILOT’S DISCRETION.

What to look out for

Clifton, Camps Bay

The upmarket coastal stretch of Clifton, a premier tourist spot that attracts locals and tourists alike.

Llandudno

Llandudno has scenery that is truly breathtaking, with white sands surrounded by large granite boulders and overlooked by the mountains.

Simonstown

The charming seaside village of Simon’s Town which lies on the False Bay coastline.

    Spectacular way to see the Mother City!
    Spectacular way to see the Mother City! Opted for the 2 Oceans trip for my wife’s birthday and wasn’t disappointed. Excellent views and commentary throughout the trip. An expensive treat but worth it!

    Loved it.
    Only a 15-minute trip but what a spectacular experience. The magnificence of the City and its environment can be really appreciated on a helicopter ride. Very reasonable price and excellent service from NAC. Loved it.

    NAC was such a professional company
    This was my first time in a helicopter and was not disappointed. My partner would not join me but this wasn’t a problem. They paired me up with to other ladies to fly at no extra cost. It was definitely value for money and they were so professional from the very start of being picked up from the hotel . I absolutely loved my time in Cape Town and this experience made it even more special.

    Professional and friendly encounter.
    The NAC team were very accommodating, it was a windy day and they indulged me to wait out the weather for the helicopter tour experience. The whole experience was VIP from the hotel pick up, reception at the office, golf cart drive to the heliport and experience with the pilot. I recommend them a 100 times over! Being a solo traveler it was great to have the ground staff meet me on my return and offer to take my photos on my phone.

    Great day
    I was able to go on a Helicopter ride with NAC helicopters in March with a tour group, Zebra Adventures. The pilot made it so much fun and we had beautiful views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. It was a great experience.

    Best Helicopter flight ever!!
    I Honestly had the best time flying around Cape Town with family and friends! Our Pilot Dain Ongers was very professional and very insightful when it came to the landmarks around this beautiful City!!

    Beautiful views and an experience for sure
    Beautiful views of the coast on this quick 15/20 minute ride. I wouldn’t say it’s a must do (personal opinion) I enjoyed the hot air balloon more but it’s definitely an experience and the views are amazing. For me even with the headphones on I had a terrible headache afterwards due to the noise but I wouldn’t rule out doing another in the future. The staff at NAC though were amazing and our pilot was polite and witty which was nice.
